| Did I just hand myself a rejection letter to most of my schools? >__>
Senior here. Always been a good student. A's and B's, with a 90 GPA. Decent SAT (1660). But amazing extras.
Im an English/Humanities guy, so I had one C on my transcript from honors physics, but other than that I'm pretty solid.
Now I'm a senior, and I'm doing pretty well other than, well, you know...
My first failure ever <___<
It was in AP economics. My school limits AP's so this year was the first year I can take an AP class. I got a 99 in AP English, but Economics kicked my ass. It was a difficult class, and everyone struggled with it. But I had it really bad.
We took the last test of the quarter, all I had to do was pass with a 70 and my average for the quarter would have been just barely passing, MAYBE a 70 or so.
My grade on this test? A 26 <__<. I thought I did good, too.
Meaning, I fail with about a 57 average on the first quarter.
Other than that, straight 90s. I want to be a journalism major (93 in my journalism elective and a strong background/extras in the field of journalism). My dream schools are BU and northeastern, those are the most competitive I was applying to, though
....simply put, how much am I screwed by this one bad grade? .___.
