Looking for medium sized schools in the Northeast (Bio or biochem major)

So I just sent out my early apps (JHU, UVM, UConn, NEU), and I am starting to think about where I want to apply RD. I applied ED to JHU, so this is assuming I do not get in there. I am looking for a school in the northeast (New England or Mid Atlantic) of medium small to medium large size located in a city. I will be majoring in Bio or Biochem. I consider myself a "strong" applicant (4.0 GPA, 5 on AP Chem and Calc, taking a challenging course load), but I definitely don't have a strong enough application to get into top level Ivys.

So does anyone have a good match for me? UConn is my safety and JHU is my reach, so if I don't get into JHU, I would like to have some more options (although I really liked UVM and NEU).

Thanks.
