What school with an architecture program should I transfer to?

I am currently enrolled and a sophomore in the architecture program and Judson University. I am wanting to transfer and looking into other schools with a similar program (receiving a B.A.A.S bachelor of arts degree in architecture, because I plan on going to grad school anyways, and maybe a focus in environmental design or residential.) I am not getting the best of grades in my technical classes (physics, calculus and construction technology), but am top of my section for design. I really want to go to a school that focus on design because I do not plan to work for myself.

Any advise would be so much appreciated!

I also would love to go to school in California where I live and where it is warm unlike here at school in Chicago. Really anywhere near the coast line.

I'm not sure if it fits in with your current path, but Cal Poly would be a great choice, it's one of the premier architecture programs in the nation (ranked 3rd!).

Good luck,

p.s. your first name is the same as mine! :P

I know Atlanta is not California, but it is much warmer. Georgia Tech always rank among top ten in architecture.
