lol, embarrassing considering some of the shady ads I've seen on here before.

Yea? I saw an add for UMich a few weeks ago on here. I don't think it's embarrasing at all just good marketing on the parts of the Universities.

lol, I didn't even know this site had ads either. What do you mean by shady?

I rarely ever notice ads on sites I visit often until I go to them on a public computer. Firefox + AdBlock Plus = awesome

was the ad for UMich Ann Arbor or another one of their campuses?

It wasn't for Ann Arbor. It might have been for Dearborn or Flint.
