International student English major help me pick

I'm an international from Germany. I want to major in English and maybe minor in business or politics. So far I've been accepted to:

-University of Connecticut
-Syracuse University
-York College of Pennsylvania
-Ithaca College

If I don't get accepted anywhere else I plan on going to one of these and then transferring to somewhere else. What would you say is the best pick for me at the moment?

While Ithaca is probably a fine place to pursue an English major, I do not have the impression that undergraduate business would be their forte. If they even offer it. (But I could always be wrong! )

U Conn or Syracuse would probably offer both at a satisfactory level. I would definitely select either over York.
