Social life in William and Mary.......or perhaps no social life in WM??

What do students usually do during weekend?
Where do students shop for clothes, food, etc.?

There is definitely a social life for whatever type of person one may be. A lot of people sleep during the day or shop at Target, Newtown, or the Outlets and wait until the late night to "go out". If you aren't into that partying type of lifestyle, there are lots of programs the University puts on such as movie screenings, plays, marathons, free food, prizes etc. There is always something to do.

There is usually at least one dance party every weekend.

Food wise, Wawa is the ultimate option.

ok, as a very social person i was quite concerned about the night life at william and mary.

if you like to party-- go greek or join a sports team.
if not--- there is plenty to do.

as someone who does party i never find a lack of events on campus and the bars are fun as well. doing a sorority of your a girl will definitly help becaus emost of the off campus houses are owned by sorority girls. if youre a guy i strongly reccomend a frat. but aside from that you wont be bored. i promise. i know people who go out and party every night and i know people who have video game parties in the lounge, study the bible, and even play board games.

thats the beauty of here, you can do whatever you want an dhave fun at an amazing school. i love it here!
