DD attending the 10/12 Open House and having a personal interview. We have heard these are important at CC. If anyone has advice or tips please respond. Also, what are the best restaurants for a good dinner close to school?

There's a Vietnamese restaurant down on one of the streets that crosses Tejon St, a couple blocks from the Antlers Inn hotel. I cannot remmeber the name (Saigon Cafe??) but it's good. Mackenzie's Chop House on Tejon is pricier, but very good, with nice atmosphere.
