| What do you mean? Are you wondering if CSU will ever surpass CU in terms of academic prestige? Because it probably never will. CU is improving its facilities at a similar, and probably even greater, rate than CSU is. Not to mention that CU is ranked much higher than CSU.
Are you asking if it will ever become a nationally renowned university? Keep in mind that higher-ranked universities are improving, probably at a greater rate than CSU. I don't expect CSU's USNews ranking to ever exceed #100.
I'm not ragging on CSU or anything, but it shouldn't be surprising, but rather expected, that a school improve its facilities.
