CSU Honors vs. CU-Boulder

Which would you go with? With my stats, I didn't get automatically admitted to the honors program at CSU, but I was still invited to apply. So if I get into the honors, which do you think would be a better option? I have the presidential scholarship at CSU ($36,000 over four years), and nothing at CU yet. I assume that I'll get some sort of scholarship, but probably not that much. My major is political science by the way.
