move-in gets much easier from year to year and i would suggest your parents not spend too much time "figuring out a game plan" because the next day the NSOP crew will have everything set up the facilitate move-in given the ridiculous numbers....though, people from the tri state area have historically gotten to move in a day or so earlier than others so if u go THAT day (whichever day that may be) you'd be able to see exactly how things will function.

Yep, we're going to be staying in NYC on the early move-in day, so that's a good idea.
