Transfer Chances?? Please Help

Hey, can you please tell me if I am in/match/reach for Columbia I'm in the CUNY Honors Program at Hunter college with a 3.9 gpa. I really appreciate any insight, help or comments (good or bad)so I know how to improve for future apps. I am a freshman applying for sophemore year.
Classes include:
Biology 100- A+ (Im getting a rec from this teacher who knows me pretty well and I did great in her class of 750)
Chemistry 102- A
Psychology- A+
Honors Arts in NYC (mandatory honors requirement)- A- (im getting a rec from this teacher who taught at Columbia and Duke and has a PHD from Yale)
I'm finishing intro to bio and chem this semester and finishing the labs as well, along with an upper level psychology brain and behavior class and an Honors Immigration in NYC class.

High School GPA was 99.84 weighted and 96.5-97 unweighted. Rank 11/577 top 2 %.
I took 6 APs and 2 St. Johns College Classes.

My SAT and SAT2 scores are:
Math- 670
Verbal- 730
Writing- 790
2190 total

MATH IC- 660
US HISTORY- 690

My EC's include Peer Health Exchange which is a nationwide organization which helps underfunded schools with health education. I teach the dangers of drug abuse every week to a different NYC high school. I am really committed to this program and am getting a letter of rec from the director, a Columbia alum. I am a captain for my Relay For Life team, and am organizing money for cancer research through this program. I am also a volunteer at Bellevue Hospital, and work in the pediatric center and read to children. I also might start participate in Psychology Research at Rockefeller University. I also have some ecs from high school which include school newspaper, school musical productions, mock trial team, Muslim and Italian clubs, and one full year of track and basketball.
Please give any feedback.
