Hen123- First, congratulations and good luck on your interview tomorrow. Second, how did they notify you that you had an interview?
N- Congrats on your acceptance. Still sitting here with my fingers crossed!
Well apparently they interview most candidates according to a friend who attended and graduated this year. I got an email asking me to schedule a time with them for an interview. Will definitely update you on how it goes.
So i applied a while back and all of a sudden can log into the financial aid website although I cant really do much. Is there anything in particular you see on the site that lets you know your in? Or is getting into the main page good enough? Thanks in advance and congrats to all the new admits!
I got my letter of acceptance today, and one of the things it mentions is that I would have to take the ALP exam before I’m able to meet with my adviser and register for classes.
Does anybody have any info on that? The website says the ALP is a 90 minutes essay writing exam about a random(?) subject. That’s a lot of time compared to SAT writing, so I assume the essay must be a lot longer.
How different is the ALP from the SAT/TOEFL essays?
I just spoke with admissions and unless you are a current student or accepted, you will not be able to log in to the financial aid page. If you're still a prospective student, you will only be able to track your application.
Oh yea, admissions emailed me to call them regarding some 'questions'. Then I called back to check up on the process and they told me I was accepted. I recommend everyone who doesn't see any changes online to call and talk to someone directly.

Are all you folks who've been accepted early decision applicants or regular decision? I applied the Sunday before Sandy hit (Tuesday) and haven't heard anything yet.
Also, this financial aid page you guys are speaking of on the tracking.admissions page is it something I should be working on now or not until I'm accepted (granted/hoping I am...)?
