Chance me please? Columbia's my dream school

What do you think are my chances of getting into Columbia? I've been dreaming about coming here since I was like 7.

I'm a legacy (my dad went for undergrad, grad and got his PhD at Columbia). My uncle also went

Ethnicity: Persian
Religion: Muslim
Gender: Female

GPA: 3.76 weighted (I know it's a bit low, but I kind of bombed second semester last year due to a lot of family problems like my grandma and aunt dying in a car crash)

ACT: 34 (English = 35, Math = 35, Reading = 35, Science = 29)
SAT IIs: World: 780, Math 1: 760, Biology: 700

Unless your father and uncle are involved financially with Columbia through donations, it won't really help unless in the case of a tie breaker. Your ACT is good, and judging by your courses and EC's, I'm guessing you're into liberal arts. In that case, you might want to focus on other subject tests, like history and literature.

If your dad went to SEAS and is an engineering PhD that is a plus for SEAS admission. Similarly, if your dad went to Columbia College and is a GSAS PhD that is a plus for Columbia College. Keep in mind that Columbia University awards 10,000 degrees per year. Highly selective Columbia College cannot be giving preference to children of alums of other parts of the university.

You should definitely apply to Barnard College as well as Columbia.
