I e mailed SSOL. They responded that the authorise payer link will not activate until the e-bill is sent. That may be after August 3. They did not respond to my query about the fact they say Aug 3 is the deadline to authorise. But yes, my child has the same problem.I asked about it received the above somewhat unsatisfacotry answer. We decided not to worry about it since one cannot do what the online system does not allow and Columbia will have to make accomodations for that.
