What are the chances?

Hello CC and everybody. I am a high school student and I dream of attending college at Columbia University. I am a freshman btw. Alright I have been getting a's all my life and never one b let alone c's or worse. Well in my scenario, this year, I slowly drifted away from my academics and didn't pay attention, and only paid attention to other things, until the end of the year. So with out getting into depth, I finished my freshman yeah with a 3.0 Weighted or 85%, which nearly made me cry. Now, in order to get into the National Honor Society in my school, I need a GPA of 3.8 or 94 by Junior year. Now, I will by far do every thing in my power to improve. What are the chances of me going to Columbia or any Ivy? Is it still possible?

Short answer: yes, it is possible.
Longer answer: you're a freshman, take a chill pill and give yourself at least a year before you think about this whole college thing again.
