Letters of Rec.

Hi, I'm applying ED to Columbia this year. I'm an athlete who's being recruited, so the coach was hoping that I would have my application in on the earlier side. Everything was submitted by September 24th, my counselor sent in my transcript and my teachers sent in their recommendations as well. However, while the Common App form states that my transcript was received, it still says that I need to submit two letters of recommendation. Did I do something wrong? It's been a week and a half, that seems awfully long, even for the mail. My school uses Naviance but mails letters physically, if that helps.

Pick up the phone, I'd say.

I tried calling the school yesterday, the person I got in touch with said that he couldn't get any information on my application until November 1st. He said to follow the instructions on the Common App page, which leaves me right where I began :/
