Columbia's Teacher College Grad School Chances?

I am wondering what are my chances of being accepted into columbia universities teachers college MA in counseling program? My GPA is pretty low but I have been doing my best to improve it and I replaced classes that I have gotten lower grades in such as math which I have been doing much better in since I have been properly diagnosed with ADHD and have been working with disability services at my university. My GPA is roughly a 3.2 currently but at the end of this semester with my grade placements (a D in math and a C in Abnormal Psychology) I should have roughly between a 3.4- 3.5. Additionally I am a Psychology Major specializing in Mental Health and an Anthropology minor. I have been active in a number of clubs including a clubs for people with disabilities, Anthropology Club , Psychology Club and a Peer Educator. Moreover I have even held exclusive board positions as a Peer Educator and Psychology Club Treasurer. I have been doing research with a faculty member for nearly a year now involving rats, fetal alcohol syndrome, attention problems and brain scans. I have also been doing Anthropological research in media anthropology that has been aided by a faculty member. Lastly I am a member of a few honor societies that I have been active in and if this helps I am a African American woman from an inner city background and I am the only member in my family to have attended college.

Sorry this is so long but I really want to know my chances before I apply =)
p.s. I do not have a GRE score because it is not required by this program.
