Columbia SEAS - SAT/SAT II's retake for transfer admission?

I only got a 1930 SAT, and haven't taken the SAT II's during my high school years. Should I retake them? I plan on applying as a transfer applicant after 1 year in college (after freshman year).

Coming from HS, I know they wanted One Math SAT II (either ic or iic) and a science satII, either physics or chemistry.

"for Columbia Engineering, you must take any mathematics test and either Physics or Chemistry." (source: http://www.studentaffairs.columbia.e.../firstyear.php)
