cc acceptance rate is like 5 percent
seas is like 26
I remember seeing collegeboard listing columbia fu and columbia college
but now the two became into one 'columbia university'
i think so far, columbia has the best admissions process... they update the site regularly (believe me, i know. lol), everything there is posted, and they sent out an email when we definitely know for sure..
no need to phone them or whatever.. unlike in some schools you're completely lost..
did you apply to cc or fu? I'm trying to figure out how many transfer they take for sophomore year based on the stats for returning freshman listed on college board. Retention is 97%, which would mean they would take around 36 for sophomore year.
i think the reason why this thread is somehow dying is coz of columbia's great admission process.. lol all it takes is patience, no guesswork needed...
...I assume this was directed at me, and that I should read that as "see you there"? :-P
Eh, don't jynx it, man. I just got my Stanford rejection (no worries, I was expecting it). We can hope, but that's like referring to a woman as your wife before you're married to her - it's just asking for trouble :-).
