Man, I NEED something to distract me!! I am really trying hard to prepare for the worst, but I know I will be just crushed if I don't get in come December 15th. Grrrr.

Maybe they do, but you're totally right, as much as I try to tell myself there are other schools, I just know I'm going to be totally heartbroken if I don't get it.
We're supposed to hear on the 10th right?

so i just called the fin aid office and they said the online tracker wasn't working, but they can check it for you if you just call them and give them your columbia id.

haha i did the same thing. yea it seems like other schools either kno its the 15th or they've been told an earlier date (brown and cornell for example)

Ahh I'm freaking out!!
My bet is we'll find out December 15th...
Sometimes when I think about the process, I think I'll definately be in because of my Equestrian accomplishments/ talking to the coach but I'm a white female...
Even though Columbia is "need blind," Do you know if it's true that it helps if you don't
apply for aid becuase I didn't

i hope ur wrong about the date because waiting that whole weekend is gonna suck. im not sure about the financial aid thing but they arent supposed to take that into consideration. and dont feel bad about being a white female cuz im a south asian male...we're in the same boat haha
