I haven't had it yet. I'm having my finals until the 8th of Oct and I've requested that my interview be moved to then.

And yes, I felt the same way until I actually got my interview assignment. If I hadn't gotten one, I would have felt cheated or shortchanged. Especially if I eventually get rejected.

ED '14. Korean international. Went to a public school in Southern California.
Econ+Math major

Hey guys, by the way, there aren't any places in Columbia App to put your AP scores in. Right??? I took A LOT of APs...and did well on most of them. Should I attach them in the additional info section???

You should request for official copies of your AP scores to be sent via the College Board. In any case, I think Part 2 has spaces for your AP scores but it may be best to verify that again.

Problems with app form

Hey,
I'm applying ED to columbia too but I'm having some troubles with the application form.
After filling in part 1 where I have to pay the 75 dollars via credit card, I have to type in my address right, but the address field is really limited such that I can't type beyond a certain number of characters and therefore I can't type in my whole address.
Did anyone have this problem as well? Could anyone help me out?
Thanks alot guys.

Btw, I'm Korean but studying in Singapore now, haha taking A levels in a month.
All the best guys

Hey everyone...

I'm a white guy from North Carolina... applying ED OF COURSE!!! After all, Columbia is my DREAM. No seriously, I dream about Columbia frequently... haha. I'm super OBSESSED with Columbia. I read tons of Columbia blogs, and have pored over every page of Columbia websites, promotional materials, EVERYTHING. Pray for me Best of luck to everyone, I hope everyone who is as crazy about Columbia as I am gets in!!

Provided I get in, I'll be majoring in Economics with a minor in East Asian Studies (I want to learn Korean!)

Here's a story for you all: today in math class my (crazy) teacher was asking if anything was going on Friday because he wanted to schedule the test on that day. I told him there was a Columbia rep visit during that period, so he may want to move the test to Thursday or Monday because I was sure a lot of people in the class may want to go. He then went on a rant that lasted the entire period about how Columbia is THE most overrated school in the entire United States.

Needless to say, the test won't be moved, but I am taking it on Thursday anyway so I can go to the rep visit. I STILL LOVE COLUMBIA!!!

Good luck to every Columbia EDers!
I am an international student applying to environmental science and political science. And not apply for aid.

2 questions though, IF I get in, Can I Apply for financial aid if my status changes to permanent resident in like my second year?
Can I reject the ED admission offer because of lack of fin aid?
