Columbia Essay
I'm sort of drawing a blank trying to write the essay.
Are there any things that Columbia admissions especially likes when it comes to the essay?
To people who have been accepted, did you focus on one event/interest/character trait or were you general, describing everything about yourself?

i went on a tour and the admin officer who spoke said Columbia students are "very observant" and think "outside of the box"
