I don't know whether it goes in jobs or outside activities because it was an unpaid internship.

It goes under jobs since it was a job. You had to interview and they hired you. Outside activities would be volunteering for Habitat for Humanity or volunteering at the hospital...no interview required anybody who showed up was hired.
