SAT I or ACT score. Which should I submit?

I'm applying ED to Columbia and I'm having trouble deciding...
I got a 2130 on the SAT I, and a 33 on the ACT.
I know the ACT composite converts to slightly higher BUT I got a 7 on the ACT writing and I assume that's a pretty bad score. What do you think?
Thanks.

I think both are good, but I'm wondering if my writing score would hurt me rather than help me.

Both are rather good scores and I was under the impression that Columbia requires that applicants submit all test scores, good or bad. Submit both.
