What if one of my teachers doesn't submit their rec on time?

Both my counselor and one of my teachers have submitted their recs, but my other teacher hasn't even started it. Am I doomed?

i think they should have some grace period (since they'll only inform whether they have received your complete app by 10 Nov, I guess any time b4 that wouldn't be too big a problem
