"Additional Information"? Help!

OK, I've looked at a couple of threads where people refer to an "additional information" section. I'm looking at the paper application form, and, I know I'm probably blind, but I just don't see it. I do see a section called "additional optional information", which is just about ethnicity. I also see a section referring to the submission of "supplementary materials", but that's it. Is there anything else?

I did the online app and it's on the last page. So I guess the "additional information" section could be at the back of your application form?

Ah, thank you. Are there space constraints for that?

You can type 2000 characters or upload a document of your own, pretty much similar to common app's
