Does my personal statement convey who I am?

I've spent about 4 weeks, drafting, revising, and such. I'm looking for only 3-4 readers preferably people who:

1) Are current students atColumbia
2) Are alumni
3) Are not 2014ers
4) Have been on this site for a while (at least 50+ posts)

Would anyone care to help me? The reason for my criteria is because i want to minimize the chances of someone taking my essay. I had been careless when i sent out 12 copies of my 1st draft to be proofread. Some still haven't responded so I'm a little worried about that.

by the way... i'm not saying that you have to fit all the criteria. One or two will suffice.
