School Forms Common App

I have filled in ALL the information required in the "Future Plans" and "Supplement" sections. I have also sent recommendation invitations to two of my teachers an hour ago and have just figured out about this:
"WHAT IS THE COMMON APP ONLINE SCHOOL FORMS SYSTEM?
As part of the application process, schools require a variety of information to be provided by teachers and guidance counselors who have interacted with you in the high school environment. Until last year, those forms were only available as PDF files that could be printed, copied, and mailed to the appropriate colleges. Now each teacher and counselor will have the option to complete the forms online via the Common App Online School Forms system if they desire. There is no cost to you or high schools, and using the online system is completely optional for your teachers and counselor.

When you create an account on the Common App Online, you must first indicate what high school you attend. Once this information has been saved, you can access a 'School Forms' section of the Common App where teachers and counselors can be identified. By adding a teacher or counselor to the list of school officials, an email is triggered to the teacher or counselor with information about how to log into the Online School Forms system or how to opt for the "offline" or paper process. You are then able to track the progress of your various teachers and counselors via a screen within the Common App Online."

WHAT THE HECK IS THIS??
Will I be missing my deadline which is at 11:59 today, if my teachers fail to send these "forms" and what are they?

Please guys reply ASAP I am seriously freaking out.

    Your teachers and counselor can submit after the application deadline, but they will need to get their forms completed and submitted pretty soon so that consideration of your application is not delayed.

    If you invited your teachers and counselors some time ago - so that they have had time to work on your forms - then you should be fine.

    Inform your teachers to submit it within the next couple of days.

    The school forms section are basically just parts of the common app that your teachers and a counselor have to fill out. It is the recommendation section. Along with the letters that your teachers write, there are forms to fill out that help colleges get to learn about you in the context of an academic environment.

    My school uses Naviance Edocs so everything is done online. The best thing to do would be to get in touch with your guidance counselor and the teachers that you have chosen to complete recommendation forms and/or letters to further understand the process (and even more importantly meet your deadlines!)
