Naviance and the Common App programs cannot communicate.
Here is what my counselor sent me last night.
I finished your recommendation, but when I tried to transmit your file to the colleges, I got the following message, so Naviance and the Common App programs cannot communicate. When you correct this, let me know so I can send your file.
This student was not successfully matched. Here are possible reasons why we were not able to locate this student record:
•The Common app username and password entered for this student are not correct
I need to solve this asap. any help will be appreciated.
