@jennieling What you said is correct. You send the official AP score report when you take your senior year AP's. There's no need to send one before then.

Can I say National AP Scholar and then not report any of my AP scores? I've got 3 4's... I was brutally sick D:

bluenotebook: that would be strange not to report any of them. 4's are good. And you should be reporting scores in order to back up your National AP Scholar status.

My point is that AP scores should be on your app, even if that proves to be self-reported only. Taking the class alone says little, just that you took it and got x grade from that teacher. At a top school, mostly 5s and some 4s is fine. A 3 in a class that's not related to your major is less critical than one that relates to your major. In the latter case, oops.

I'll check into the question- we see a download entry. I'll see if I can learn its source.

Hey everyone. Because of all the other science classes I took junior year, I only had room for 2 APs, microeconomics and calculus AB. My HS is a top 50 in the US, so the classes were certainly tough. Calc was my best class, I got an A also, and my teacher is writing my rec. But something happened on the AP, i dont know what, and I ended up getting a 3.. I'm applying to some very selective honors programs and good schools that decently match my stats, other than my 3 in calc ab. My math teacher said she can include in her rec how i was one of her better students, but I'm not sure if I want her to mention it just in case colleges don't realize. What should I do??

If possible could somebody answer my question?

Should I tell colleges of future AP tests?

Thanks!
