fee waiver

how do you request for fee waiver if you dont have a guidance counselor. International student.

Principal can do that.. or even the coordinator ..
But some colleges may have their own policies, so better ask the admission officers before you submit your fee-waiver request..

( And I think almost every college/univ accepts that)

You can request fee waivers for the SAT and ACT exams and the college admissions applications. Request test fee waivers from your high school principal, or ask a teacher you like to help you request one. Call the College Board or ACT if you aren't getting any help from your high school. If you want a fee waiver for a particular college or university for the admissions application, call the admissions office and ask to speak to someone in the admissions office. Tell them your situation and they can help you with the fee waiver for the application. Good luck.
