Teacher Evaluation forms!!!

My school is mailing all the forms and rec letters. So, if I give my teacher a printed version TE form after I complete my part and sign it, my teacher would fill out all his/her information again and again for every single college I apply???
I dont think they would go through so much trouble to do it...SO WHAT DO I DO??

If I send them an invitation on common app, so they can fill out the information online and then print it out and mail to the admission offices, HOW WOULD I SIGN? and choose whether to waive my rights of reviewing it????

Deadline's approaching really really need your help guys!!! thanks in advance

There is no need to write it again and again. They can write just one and take as many copies as the number of colleges to which you apply for.

Waiving your right is totally dependant on your college choices. Not all the colleges save your material until after your matriculation.

The common ap prompts you to click on whether you waive or do not waive your rights when you get to the teacher form section.

What if I have 2 teachers writing recommendations, can I select which teachers recommendation is seen by a certain college in the Common app?

The vast majority of colleges require two teacher reconmmendations anyways, but you can only select one by only adding one teacher's recommendation for that school in the School Forms section.
