So, my sister has multiple life-threatening health problems and ever since she was born I've always been there helping out my parents, whether it's giving her medicine, preparing it, watching her in the hospital, how do I write this all down?
Also, my mom has RA which limits her because of all the pain so I have to do even more like, dressing her, preparing dinner... should I include this as well?

The Family Responsibilities option in the Activities List menu was added for this very reason: to help you demonstrate to colleges that these significant time obligations as as much a part of your week as, say, athletic practice might be for another student. You might decide that you want to address your family situation in more detail using your essay or the Additional Information section, but I would absolutely encourage your to list these responsibilities in your Activities as well. Colleges want this context.
