My school doesn't have my transcript online (but instead has all of it on paper) or anything and I need the transcript to apply to colleges, so how is my GC supposed to send my transcript on the Common App?
I would opt for snail mail, but I live in India and there is too much of a risk to send it manually, plus there's cost to factor in.
Erm... supposed to send them on Common Application but from the counselor's account. All you need to do is invite your counselor and he will have an option to upload your transcripts.
As far as I know, your counselor can upload up to four transcripts, a midyear transcript, and a final transcript at the end of the year. All of them must be translated into English too, but since you live in India, I suppose they already are in English.
