What if it has all been covered? Should I elaborate on my ECs? I don't know what to put here but I feel like it would look bad if it's blank.

Also for ECs, they are all very important to me! Should I group by category? Basically I have sports stuff, volunteer, art and music.

I heard that universities go for quality over quantity and that the third essay is not really required. However, I too would like some confirmation. So bumping this!
