Should I invite my school's actual registrar or my academic counselor for this report? Because I'm looking at the report and the last section says, "I recommend this student: no basis, with reservation, fairly strongly, strongly, enthusiastically."
How in the world is my REGISTRAR gonna know me? That last section sounds like something my counselor should answer, not my registrar. Of course, it does ask about "good standing," something which I think the registrar might have access to, but the rest -- class rank, GPA, etc. -- are things my counselor could easily answer.
But what does CA protocol say? It's not specified ANYWHERE on the website (sorry for all the caps, but it irritates me that the CA is not transfer-friendly).
