application corrections after submission

I just found out that I clicked the wrong essay prompt when I sent my Rice University commonapp, at first, I tried to see if it could work for the essay I sent in and it just doesn't. How should I go about correcting it? I know some schools have a special process for correcting applications that have already been submitted, but I couldn't find anything on Rice's website about this so I'm guessing they don't have a special process? So should I call and ask for it to be corrected, e-mail, or send a request through the mail? Call and ask about corrections then e-mail? What would be the most polite and quick way to do this?

Sending a request through e-mail would take too long. I would just call them. I don't think it's a big deal.
