My guidence department told me to print out the common app instead of submitting it online. They mailed it to my college about 2 weeks ago along with my recomendations, sats, etc. I have not hear from the college that the application has been received and when checking online it still says "not submitted."

How long does it usually take for the college to confirm receiving the application or for it to shgow as submitted online?

I would wait for two more weeks. Your application will probably be received by then.

If you mean you're checking the Common App website, it will never change from "Not Submitted".

If you mean you're checking the college's website, it could take a few days or a few weeks.

I still haven't received a confirmation from the college. They send you an E-Mail when they receive it with information to track the application on their site (SUNY Albany). My guidence department submitted it later than I thought (on the 12th). I E-Mail the college, I will see waht they say and then take if from there I guess.
