They say they have not received my transcripts, what do I do?

I applied to Cal Poly Pomona for Summer 2009, sent in my transcripts from all my community colleges and high school. One month later, they said they haven't received a single transcript!!! The deadline is coming up, what the heck do I do I am so stressed out? I payed for special rush ordering of them also.....do I have them resent???

Cal Poly is no help, when I call them up, they say my app is incomplete and I need to check with my community colleges. When I check with the community colleges, they claim everything was sent and to contact Cal Poly. I keep getting e-mails every week saying my app is incomplete.....what do I do?
