Question about official documents from school

Hello. I am doing the common app on paper and I plan to mail it to schools of my choice.

For things like the school reports and teacher evaluations, I am required to give the school/teacher stamped envelopes which are to be sealed and then mailed to the colleges.

Should the actual forms (school reports and teacher evaluation forms be stamped with the school stamp). Should the envelope be stamped with the school stamp?

Can I mail the sealed envelopes in one application packet to the colleges? (as opposed to having the school mailing them) Would I need to attach postage stamps on the envelopes even though I will be mailing the entire application in a FedEx packet?

All of this is so overwhelming. I am getting worried. And being and international student does not help much at all

I have one more question that's about the teacher evaluation. A teacher has finished writing the recommendation letter for me. She has actually let me seen it. However, the common app says that "a description of academic and personal characteristics, as demonstrated in the [your] classroom" is required. My teacher has mentioned my academic traits. But, she made reference to an incident where she visited me while I was hospitalised (out of the classroom). Would this be okay?

It would be nice if someone could have a look at the letter my teacher wrote.

Sorry to ask so much at once, but please try to help me out

the envelopes with your transcripts/schoolforms from your councelor must be stamped/sent FROM your school. You can not send them, they have to be sent from the school itself.

For the recommendation, ya it should be fine that she stated she visited you.

The counselors you need to give them envelopes with the address and stamps so they can send them off when they are done.

I hope this answered some if not all of your questions.

btw just calm down and remember everythings gonna be all right

cowking: doughboy is an international student. i doubt that his school will send the Counsellor Report via courier. It costs USD $50 to $70 to send express document to the States, so it seems unlikely that the school will dish that out.
Doughboy: You are in the same situation as me. I have got my counsellor's report, sealed in an envelope, with the seal signed. I will put this whole envelope inside a courier bag and post it off to the various colleges in the States. I am sure this is an acceptable way of doing it.
