On my commonapp, would it put a negative light on my application if I self-report a 2 on AP biology? I have 5s on all 4 of my other APs (World, USH, Euro, English Language), but the 2 is such an outlier I feel it may hurt me. On the other hand, I also think that if I don't report the score it looks suspicious because I had a 94 in the class on my transcript. any advice?

A 94 on your transcript won't be that suspicious looking. I wouldn't put it on if I were you. I got a 3 on that exam and i'm still not putting it on. A 2 won't give you any credit anyway, so i'd just leave it alone.
