In my additional information, should I include what I already mentioned in my activities section or only what did not fit?

The reason I'm asking is because someone told me that if admissions officers see additional information as an attached word document, they skip over the activities section and go straight to that. In that case, they would be skipping over my most important activities, and I don't want that to happen.
