Most application materials are downloaded via automated overnight processes or first thing the next morning by the admissions office staff. If you submitted your application on November 1, it will be downloaded by the college the next day, hence the download date of November 2.
As for application status, you'll need to check with the colleges to which you applied. Once your application has been downloaded no further changes in status will be communicated via the Common App website.
