Just wondering what most people put in the "additional information" section on the common application. My son was going to use that space to elaborate on his EC's.

They only give you 150 words to elaborate on an Club or Activity, but they give you up to 2000 works in the additional info section.

Really want to know how others have used this space.

I explained my school's naming of our Maths. Because math 1/2, 3/4 and 5/6 don't really explain what the courses are...

And I also explained a special program I took through my school for Graphic Design.

You can use the space for an additional essay which will tell the admission officer something about you which has not been covered in other parts of the application
