I'm from an international school and don't really understand the uses. Do counselors need to submit them with the application? I'm doing ED, does this mean my counselor has to submit the Mid Year Report? Can anyone please explain them in detail?

its an updated secondary school form but the midyear report includes the grades from your first semester of senior year, and your final report includes all grades after u graduate high school. For ED, your midyear report wont be needed, just send it to all schools that give back admission results AFTER your semester ends. Your final year report will only be needed for the school you are going to.
