if someone actually did a 2-yr transfer from foothill college (or any CC) to drexel university (or any 4-yr Uni), woudl that mean that foothill does have courses which transfer over to drexel?

cuz i'm planning on taking some summer courses at foothill during the summer between freshman/sophomore yrs, and i was wondering if foothill and drexel had any course equivalencies

It's can be tricky to transfer single courses, because Foothill is on the quarter system and I believe Drexel is on the semester system. Transferring year-long sequences is easier.

Certainly students transfer from Foothill to four year colleges all the time. A young friend of mine is transferring to Brown this fall from Foothill.

Why don't you ask Drexel what they'd accept? There's still time. Summer session at Foothill hasn't started yet; spring quarter exams are next week.
