Which community college should I choose?(In Seattle) Edmonds, Shoreline, or Bellevue

I am a student from Taiwan(going to be a 12 grader this september)
I have applied to Edmonds CC
Because their international student office are really friendly
Yet I also hear from other agent that
Shoreline CC offer better courses and the possibility of transfering to Washington University is higher(They also say that many tutors retired from top university stay there to teach)

So i am now in a dilemma

My finance is restricted, so i can only stay in the States for 1 year
while it needs at least 90 degrees to tranfer
Unless i can get a "complete scholarship" to pay for my tuition for the second year, or i will have to leave ><"

Bellevue

Can't tell you anything about the others, but my kids and I take classes at Bellevue College (formerly BCC). There are a lot of international students and a great selection of classes. It's also a very nice campus. I don't know how scholarships work, but perhaps someone at the college could help you with that. Have you contacted them?

Thank you for your advice, really!
It seems that BCC need to have a high school diploma to apply
and i still have one year to get it

Does anyone know which school(Edmonds or Shoreline) has better faculty
and opportunity to learn different subject?
Since i may have only one year there,
I would also like to learn some social science or literature
(To explore my hobby)
because i am in the science gifted class here in Taiwan
and the education here has less chance to learn social science and literature

what about the clubs and students there?
I am a bit worry i can't get used to the teen culture there

Great colleges in the Puget Sound, Wash.

Hi, I work at Edmonds Community College and I hear great things about our faculty and programs, but I know you may not want to take my word for it. So, here are a couple of resources. You can go to Edmonds Community College - For friends of the college in Lynnwood, Washington: www.edcc.edu (the college's own social network) to find out more about the college's clubs and meet some of our students/alumni. You can also go to CheckOutACollege.com - Washington's Community and Technical Colleges to learn more about all of the community colleges in Washington State and compare them a bit in terms of what classes/program they offer. The community colleges in our state are all part of the same system and you will likely find more similarities than differences. They are all a great choice, and the Puget Sound in our state is a beautiful area with lots to do! Community colleges attract great teachers and offer interesting, in-demand programs. So, you can choose the one you feel most comfortable with and which has programs/classes/clubs that interest you. Trust your instincts!

Edmonds Community College Scholarships

International students attending Edmonds Community College can apply for scholarships from the Edmonds Community College Foundation. Students apply in winter quarter to receive funds for the following year. Sign up for an email alert to remind you when it's time to apply at: Edmonds CC: Foundation - Scholarships. Several types of scholarships are available. Submit one application and be considered for a number of different scholarships. Awards range from $200 to $2,500.

Edmonds appears to have a more well-developed program for international students. It also appears to me that Edmonds has weathered the recent economic downturn better than Shoreline. As for teachers, I think it really depends on the discipline as to whether you can expect better teachers at one or the other.

As for the transfer issue, there should be no difference whatsoever in terms of transfer ability to universities such as Washington State University (WSU). All Washington community colleges offer the same Associate in Arts and Sciences degrees.

Thanks a lot~
just looking for more on those websites~

Sorry that i may be kind of rude
Just wanting to know more and take hold of more information before going
but no matter how much information i get, the most important of all would be going there and experience the campus myself~~
Thanks a lot, once again!
