Northern California CC's

What are considered the best CC's in the Bay Area?

I know San Francisco City College is well regarded, what else?

DeAnza/Foothill are famous for being 2 of the best community colleges in the Bay Area, however, the flaw that these colleges have is their grading system. Let me explain, other community colleges in the area, including Canada College/College of San Mateo grade on an A B C D F grading scale, however, Foothill/DeAnza use +'s and -s which can be detrimental to ones GPA. For example, if you were at any other community college and you earned a 92% in the class you would get an A 4.0, but at Foothill/DeAnza you would recieve an A- which is a 3.7.

I chose not to go to DeAnza/Foothill and instead went to canada/san mateo/skyline and got into UC Berkeley.
