out of state resident!

Hi, My name is Joe and I am interested in transferring to top private schools after two years of CC. I want to know which CC is the best at going to top private schools and have good atmosphere..Thanks!

well...actually I want to go to CC in CA...but is there any college that has many out of state residents coming to CC in CA? Thanks! :]
