Housing help

I'm interested in going to MiraCosta, but the drive would take 1.5 to 3 hours in traffic. I come from a low income family, so would I qualify for financial aid for an apartment? If not, what should I do?

No, that's not how financial aid works. You may qualify for aid to help with your academic expenses - tuition and associated fees - but you won't get a dime for rent.

Get a job nearby school, rent a room, and work really hard for the next few years. If your successful, you won't have to work as hard for the rest of your life.
